Terms of service
The terms on which the Orvionis Solutions site may be used, and what the material published on it covers.
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Engin Badzhakla — a natural person operating under the name “Orvionis Solutions”. Contact: office@orvionis-bg.com.
2. How we contract
At present the activity is not carried out through a registered company. Each engagement is agreed individually and in writing, in a form agreed with the client.
Before work begins we state explicitly which document will govern the relationship and how payment will be made. Nothing is left implied.
3. Accepting these terms
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
4. What the content here is
The site presents our services and our work. The descriptions, articles and examples published are informational; they are not a binding offer in the legal sense, nor professional advice.
Submitting an enquiry through the form does not create a contract. A contract arises only once both parties have agreed in writing.
5. Quotes and prices
Every quote is prepared individually and is valid for the period stated in it. Any prices published on the site are indicative and do not bind us.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, logo, source code and design — is ours or used with permission. Copying, reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted.
Trade marks and client names mentioned in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and are used with their consent.
7. Rights in software we build
Rights in software we build to order are governed by the contract for that project. Our general rule is that the client receives full rights to the source code once payment is complete.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may take it down temporarily for maintenance or updates.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, save in cases of intent or gross negligence. This limitation does not affect your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian law.
10. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to external resources. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the competent Bulgarian court.
If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and the EU online dispute resolution platform.
13. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version is always published here, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
