QR menu and table ordering

On a busy Friday night, waiters can't keep up: guests wait to order, and "no onions" gets lost on the way to the kitchen. Here, guests scan the code on the table and order from their own phone, with no app to download. The order reaches the kitchen exactly as they wrote it.

How it works

  1. Guests scan the code on the table and open your menu, with photos, portion sizes and allergens.

  2. They take out what they don't want, pick a side and leave a note for the kitchen.

  3. The kitchen sees the order on its tablet right away, and the guest sees how far along it is.

  4. One tap calls a waiter or asks for the bill, and guests pay as they do now, in cash or by card.

What's included

  • A browser menu behind a QR code, in Bulgarian and English, with photos, portion sizes, allergens and prices.
  • Ordering from the guest's phone: remove ingredients, choose a side, add a note for the kitchen.
  • A kitchen screen with orders by table and every note; drinks go to the bar.
  • Guests see how far along their order is, and call a waiter or ask for the bill in one tap. There is no paying by phone.
  • We enter your menu from your details: dishes, photos, portion sizes, allergens and prices.
  • QR codes for every table as a print-ready file, plus setup and staff training.
  • The kitchen tablet is bought separately, or you use one you already have.
  • The receipt is issued by your cash register, as it is now. If your till software is on the National Revenue Agency's list, we first check whether the two can work together.
  • If something stops working, call us during working hours, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00.

First 5 restaurants: setup €245 (−30%), with the monthly price locked for 24 months, in return for a review on our site and permission to show your restaurant.
